About S.E.M, Your Dudley Bathroom Fitter
S.E.M Maintenance Services is Simon’s business: a Dudley firm with over 25 years in property maintenance, now fitting new bathrooms across the Black Country.
From odd jobs to whole bathrooms
Simon started S.E.M in Dudley more than 25 years ago, doing the jobs every home needs: painting and decorating, repairs and small improvements.
The work grew from there. So many local homes were cold and costly to heat that he moved into insulation, and then into rendering and refurbishing whole rooms. Today bathrooms are a big part of the job, from compact cloakroom toilets to complete new bathrooms.
Simon works with a small team and stays your contact throughout, from the first visit and free quote to the finished room.
